IN-KIND DONOR

In exchange for product or services, your company may place collateral* in the racer's goodie bags.  Product needed (but not limited to) includes: Gatorade, water, ice, cups, bananas, and oranges. 

Marketing Communications:  Race Place magazine, RacePlace.com, Runnersworld.com, Yelp, MeetUp.com, Pinterest, OC Family, OC Weekly, Parenting OC, Event Website as well as other partner websites, Email Campaigns through event mailing list and other partner mailing lists, Facebook, Twitter, Flyers distributed at local running shops, gyms, and events, Grunion Run booth at the Dana Point Turkey Trot and Flyer in Dana Point Turkey Trot racers' goodie bags (total impression 19,000+local athletes), Ad (eighth page) in the Dana Point Times 2013 FOW program published in February 2013 (circulation 52,000.)

Additional Communications (through Dana Point Festival of Whales):  Print and on-line advertising and editorial, Public Relations, and Media Outreach that secures six million plus impressions,  Event Listing on FOW website, Calendar of Events (estimated one million hits each month, including Anaheim/OCVCB website links and others), Event Listing in the Dana Point TImes official FOW program (circulation 52,000), Event Collateral and Signage.

*Collateral must be pre-approved and contain a benefit for participants (i.e. coupon or discount offer).  Company promotional product (i.e. product sample, hat, t-shirt, lip balm).  Printed material or promotional product must be received by 3/1/13 in order to be included in racers' goodie bags.

Charity beneficiary is the Doheny State Beach Interpretive Association, a non-profit organization responsible for the educational and interpretive activites of the State Park system and Doheny State Beach.
